Welcome to Oxley Park Academy Trust — a place where every child matters, every journey is valued and every possibility counts. Based in Milton Keynes, we are a stand-alone academy trust with a big ambition: to make a real and lasting difference to the lives of the children and families we serve. We believe childhood should be full of wonder, discovery, opportunity and joy. Every child deserves to feel that they belong, to be inspired to dream, to develop the confidence to believe in themselves and to be supported to achieve their very best. As a stand-alone trust, we have the independence to shape our own vision, values and future. This gives us the opportunity to build on what makes Oxley special, celebrate the individuality of every child and create educational experiences that respond to different needs, interests and aspirations. Our Trust brings together three distinctive provisions, each with its own identity, purpose and vision, but all connected by the same commitment to helping children flourish.

Oxley Park Primary Academy - Dream. Believe. Achieve Together.
Our Primary Academy welcomes children aged 5–11 across our two modern campuses in Milton Keynes: Oxley Park and Shenley Wood. We are passionate about creating an exciting, inspiring education where curiosity is encouraged, talents are discovered and possibilities are endless. Through ambitious learning, memorable experiences and a strong sense of community, we encourage every child to dream big, believe in themselves and achieve more than they ever imagined. We want our children to leave us with wonderful memories, a love of learning, the confidence to embrace new challenges and the foundations to thrive in whatever the future holds.
The Nursery Village - A little world for little people.
Every great adventure starts somewhere, and for our youngest children, it begins in The Nursery Village. Welcoming children from the age of three, our unique early-years provision is a little world designed around the wonder of childhood. With opportunities to imagine, investigate, explore and play, our little villagers begin their learning journey in a place where curiosity is celebrated and confidence blossoms. We nurture those precious early steps, building friendships, independence and a love of discovery that will stay with children as they grow. Here, little steps lead to big possibilities.
The Hive Belong. Grow. Thrive.
Every child deserves a place where they are understood, celebrated and given the opportunity to shine. That is the heart of The Hive, our specialist provision for children with complex communication and interaction needs. The Hive offers a carefully designed, nurturing environment where learning is personalised, individual strengths are recognised and every achievement matters. Through specialist teaching, supportive relationships and meaningful opportunities to communicate, connect and develop independence, we help children grow in confidence and reach their own individual milestones. Above all, The Hive is a place to belong — where children are valued for who they are, their potential is nurtured and they are supported to thrive in their own way.

Across our two modern campuses in Milton Keynes, we have created distinctive learning environments that inspire children, support their wellbeing and bring learning to life. Our campuses and specialist spaces reflect our belief that the environment matters. Children should feel excited to arrive, proud to belong and confident to explore what they can achieve. Although our three provisions have their own unique identities, we share the same ambition, the same commitment to children and the same belief in the difference that exceptional education can make. We work in partnership with families, our staff team and the wider community to create opportunities, celebrate success and make every stage of a child’s educational journey meaningful.
