Welcome
Welcome from our
Executive Principal
The Nursery Village is truly a unique and special place for any young child to begin their learning journey.
The village is purely designed around the child, with places to discover, places to imagine, and places to explore, all within a little world designed on a big person's world for little people!
Welcome from our Nursery Senior Lead
Hello and a warm welcome to our Nursery Village!
In our Nursery, every day is filled with curiosity, imagination, and joyful discovery. Our dedicated teachers create a nurturing and inspiring environment where every child feels safe, valued, and excited to explore. At the heart of our setting is our belief in creating a little world for little people — a place where early steps lead to big possibilities. Nursery is the beginning of our Dream journey, where children start imagining, wondering, and discovering who they are and what they love. For families who continue with us into the main school, this journey grows stronger. Children move seamlessly from Dream into Believe and then Achieve, staying connected to the same ethos, values, and nurturing approach. Together, they continue building confidence, friendships and a love of learning that carries them forward year after year. Whether children are painting, exploring nature, storytelling, building, or simply enjoying magical moments with friends, each experience helps them grow, question, and dream even bigger. Our Nursery Village is more than a place to learn — it’s a community filled with warmth, kindness, and possibilities. We can’t wait to walk this special journey with you. Welcome to our village, where little steps begin a lifelong adventure — to Dream, Believe and Achieve.

Darcey
Year 6
Some of my favourite things to do are gymnastics and dance. As Academy Ambassador, I want to help everyone; from the littlest children right up to staff members. One of the things I want to achieve as Academy Ambassador is something from my pledge. I want to have regular animal visitor sessions, to help people with stress and anxiety. This would also allow children that don't have their own pet animal at home to have a chance to meet and play with them. As a proud Ambassador, I’m always pleased to see that all the children in Oxley Park Academy are enjoying their time at school, as well as us Ambassadors! -
Harrison
Year 6
Hi, my name is Harrison. I am always really happy and like to make people smile! I really like playing video games at home. I am a Wellbeing Ambassador, and I think it is important that everyone is happy at school. I am kind and caring and want to help everyone in my role as Academy Ambassador. I am looking forward to suggesting ideas to Mr Springett-McHugh, as I have a lot of them! -
Delisha
Year 6
Hello, my name is Delisha and I am in Year 6. A few things about me are that I’m kind, caring and am ready to comfort you whenever you need it. Some of my hobbies are swimming, drawing and playing the piano. My pledge to this wonderful school is to bring in more competitions, such as teachers vs kids. This is a way to let people express themselves and allow them to be competitive in their own way. This will also be a way for everyone to achieve more awards. As a proud Ambassador, I am pleased to see that all the children in Oxley Park Academy are enjoying their time in school as much as we Academy Ambassadors are! -
George
Year 6
Hi, my name is George and I am 11 years old. I like swimming and cooking. When I am older, I want to be a chef! I want to be able to support our charity the neo-natal unit at Milton Keynes because when I was born early, I stayed there until I was about 10 weeks old. I am kind and caring, and I am excited to be an Ambassador because I want to help people who don’t have many friends. I am proud to be an Ambassador at Oxley Park because it is a FAB school!
