Oxley Park Academy is a large and highly respected primary school located on the west side of Milton Keynes. With two vibrant campuses and a strong community ethos, we are proud to provide an exceptional learning experience for children from age 3 to 11.

 

Oxley Park Campus

Our original campus, built in 2005, sits at the heart of the Oxley Park estate on Redgrave Drive. This site caters for children from Reception to Year 6, with two classes in each year group. It is a lively, well‑established environment where creativity and curiosity thrive.

 

Shenley Wood Campus

Located in the neighbouring grid square on Merlewood Drive, our Shenley Wood campus provides a one‑form‑entry pathway from Reception to Year 6. This campus is also home to The Nursery Village, which offers high‑quality early years provision for children aged 3 and above.

From September 2026, Shenley Wood will additionally host our brand‑new SEND unit, The Hive, offering 16 places for primary‑aged children who require specialist support.

Across both campuses, we welcome around 700 children and proudly serve families from Oxley Park, Kingsmead, Shenley Wood and across Milton Keynes City from our growing out of catchment community.

  • Two extensive playgrounds with a whole range of play zones.

  • High‑quality, creatively designed classrooms throughout

  • Two STEM centres with a range of iPads, laptops and Chrome books

  • On-site kitchens for both sites, cooking hot fresh food daily

  • State of the art Nursery space and outdoor village

  • Two new Early Years outdoor areas 

  • Two sensory calm rooms

  • A new purpose built SEND unit (opening September 2026)

These facilities allow us to offer rich, varied and engaging learning experiences that place children at the centre of all we do.
