We are pleased to share our new Five-Year Strategic Priorities, which have been formally approved by our Trust Members and Trustees. These priorities set a clear and ambitious direction for Oxley Park Trust and Academy and will guide our decision-making, development and investment over the next five years.
At the heart of our strategy is a commitment to securing the long-term sustainability and success of the academy while continuing to deliver exceptional educational opportunities for the children and families we serve. As a multi-site academy operating in a changing educational landscape, we are focused on ensuring that our resources, provision and infrastructure remain strong, resilient and future-ready.
