Admissions

Once you have chosen Oxley Park Academy as your school, your next step will be to contact Milton Keynes Local Authority Admissions service.  You can request an in year transfer form, should your child be moving school within an academic year.

Once the Local Authority have received your application, they will liaise with us, and then write back to you within 15 days to advise you of the outcome. If your application is successful, please contact Ms Jo Francis, our Academy Office Manager, who will oversee the admission process for you and assist you in getting your little one enrolled at OPA.

If your child is starting school for the first time at the beginning of the new academic year in 2022, you will be required to make your application via Milton Keynes Local Authority Admissions Service by 15 January 2022. There is still time to apply for Oxley Park Academy and we have a number of open mornings and tours between now and then. These visits will give you a real feel of what we can offer your little one!

Choose Oxley today, you can then sit back and relax and know your little one is in the very best hands for the next 7/8 years! Thank you and we hope to see you in person very soon!

Testimonials

  • Pupils behave well. They are proud of their school and show high levels of respect, both towards each other and to staff. (Ofsted)
  • My children enjoy attending each day. They find the work challenging and interesting. They really like the teaching staff and feel supported and have grown in confidence.
  • Working at Oxley is so special and unique. Everyone is so kind, well-being is at the forefront and our community are a delight. I love my job! (Teacher)
  • The school missions and values make my son want to be a part of the Academy and try his best. I feel proud that my sons are at Oxley Park and the Nursery and I feel that the changes being made are really positive!
  • The children are oozing with so much more ‘zest’ since the start of this year, which makes us as parents happier and excited about their future at OPA.
  • My children love the school! My eldest was quiet, didn’t want to learn, didn’t enjoy school. Now he is settled, has friends and has started to show improvements. My daughter loves her teachers and is extremely enthusiastic.
