Hi, I'm Sam Preston and, in my role as Academy HR Officer, I am often the first person you will communicate with if you are interested in coming to work as part of the wonderful Team Oxley.

As a large stand-alone academy, we pride ourselves as a truly inclusive employer.  We hold wellbeing as a priority, knowing our staff must be looked after, feel safe and secure, enjoy coming to work and have no barriers to carry out their job role.  We know, when this is the case, our children get the best - the best experiences, the best expertise , and the best care any parent could ever want for their little one.  This is why we care as an employer!

Whatever your role, it is as valued as the next.  We are a true team.  Our academy won't run at its best unless every person plays their part.  Looking out for each other, having each other's back and helping when things may be tough are what we do and is embedded in our culture of being part of Team Oxley.
