A Warm Welcome from Mrs Frayne‑Johnson – Senior Leader for Achieve at Shenley
Hello and welcome! I’m Mrs Frayne‑Johnson, and I have the pleasure of leading Achieve across both the Junior and Senior phases here at our Shenley Wood campus. Achieve forms the Key Stage 2 part of your child’s primary education journey, supporting children from Years 3 to 6 as they grow, explore and develop into confident learners. My role is to ensure every child who joins us feels that they truly belong here — that they are recognised, encouraged and supported every step of the way. Alongside our dedicated team, I work to create an environment where children can flourish, build resilience, and experience real success in their learning. I’m also here for our families. Whether you’re seeking guidance, reassurance, or simply someone to listen, my door is always open. Together, we can make this an empowering and positive chapter in your child’s school experience.

Meet Miss Francis – Senior Leader for Achieve at Oxley
I’m Miss Francis, and I’m delighted to lead the Achieve provision here at our Oxley campus. Achieve supports children through their Key Stage 2 journey — Years 3 to 6 — guiding them through this important stage of their primary education with care, consistency and encouragement. At Oxley, my focus is on creating a space where every child feels safe, understood and able to thrive. I work closely with our wonderful team to help each learner grow in confidence, develop their skills and experience success in ways that truly matter to them. Every child’s story is unique, and it’s a privilege to walk alongside them during these formative years. Supporting families is also an essential part of my role. Whether you’re celebrating progress, navigating challenges or simply seeking a friendly face to talk to, I’m here to help. Together, we can ensure that your child’s time in Achieve is a positive, empowering and joyful chapter in their education.
We have a wonderful staff team here in Achieve and we all work very closely ensuring that every single individual sees that their potential is endless, and that they are ready to move on to Secondary School asking themselves 'How far can I go?'
