Hello and welcome to our Shenley Wood campus. As Assistant Principal, I oversee the day-to-day running of our Shenley Wood campus along with my whole-school responsibility of the curriculum.
Our Shenley Wood campus was completed in 2017 so is the 'new baby' still of the Oxley Park family. It is a bright, modern building situated in the gorgeous setting of Shenley Wood, with the woods to the front of us and open fields with clear views across MK to the back.
As you can imagine, there are a wide range of stunning learning spaces which include an amazing library, atrium-style shared spaces with classrooms based in blocks of four. These spaces are identified as 'quads' and, similar to the streets at the Oxley Park campus, provide a real identity and inspirational learning spaces for the children.
Our Shenley Wood campus is also home to 'The Nursery Village' our Nursery provision, which has a purpose-built learning space and outdoor area. The Nursery is designed as a village setting creating 'a little world for little people'.
Our outdoor learning space at Shenley Wood is rather different, as we benefit from a wonderful field alongside the playground.
