Who can apply?
The Nursery Village offers provision for children aged 3 and 4. Your child would start the nursery one term after their 3rd birthday. You can apply for a place at any time through the year. We hold a waiting list so you would be held on here for when you are ready to start. Please note, we are over subscribed as the year starts, so please do get your child's name down early.
We have three key points of intakes across the academic year:
Children of this age are entitled to 15 hours of free government funded childcare per week.
We also offer 30 hour places available for eligible families.
You can also pay for extra sessions at the cost of £6 per hour.
To find out more information about free government funded hours and extended entitlement, please see the links below.

We will do everything possible to make sure your child's nursery journey is simply FAB!
So, the next steps to secure your place are shown below.
We will always try our absolute best to provide the days and sessions you request. However, please do recognise we are capped at 39 children at any one time in our setting.
Step 1: Register of Interest
Please give us a ring or drop us an email to register your interest for a place. We will need the following information:

- days and sessions you require
- if you require before or after nursery care
- if you have a 15 hour or 30 hour codes
Once we have this information our Academy Admin Centre team will be able to confirm with you if we have spaces and if so we can cater for your days and sessions. If this all matches up you can complete our full application form in order to get started.
Step 2: Application Form and MK Council Contract
We now need you to complete the following two documents. These will provide us with all the necessary information required to confirm your place in the village.
Once complete please return to us at: email@example.com
Step 3: Confirmation of place and Welcome Pack!
Congratulations, you have secured a place and we welcome you to our Nursery Village community. We will be in contact with you and share our welcome pack. Within the pack is your dates for the following events, leading up to being a fully fledged Nursery Villager!

- Two hour ‘settling in sessions’ for you child to attend
- 'The BIG Day!' - the very first official day of your child's time in nursery
Applications are offered on a first come first served basis and subject to the availability of places.
It should be noted that a place in our nursery village does not automatically guarantee admission to the main school. However, being a Nursery Villager is listed on the admissions criteria for the main school!
Parents should refer to the Primary School admissions policy on Milton Keynes Council Website for further advice on applying for a place in Reception.
